Hi Guys! We are starting a Fit Series for April that I’m so excited to share with you!
Every Tuesday we will be adding a new “move” to eventually be giving you a full workout at the end of the month. Perfect each move for the week and we will give you a new one to add the following Tuesday. By the end of the month you will have perfected a full new workout to incorporate into your routine!
This week’s move is a cardio move:
Half Burpee (Cardio)
Starting in a plank position using a stable chair or for more of a challenge place your hands on the ground. Keeping your abdominals pulled in, jump (or walk) your feet up towards your hands into a low squat position. Complete this move by jumping (or walking) back out into the starting plank position. Repeat this move rapidly for 20 repetitions.
