Be the best you can be!
Thoughts – only have positive thoughts. The others are just a waste of time and effort. If you find yourself having negative thoughts, redirect (walk away, change what you’re doing, etc.) The more you are aware of your thoughts, the more you will be able to change to positive thoughts. This shift will improve your: attitude, energy, self-esteem, and productivity.
Actions – just do things that are going to improve your life. If an activity will not improve your life, question whether you should really be doing it. Prioritize, we waste so much of our time working on things that don’t matter (it might be fun or entertaining) but it doesn’t add any quality to our lives. Your time is extremely valuable – make every minute count!
Compare yourself to you (not to others) – at every moment we are getting closer to our goal or further from our goal. Compare where you are not to: a week ago, a year ago, 5 years ago, etc. By comparing yourself to your at your best or worse, you can see if you are on track or if you have work to do. Additionally, try not to compare yourself to others. You might create goals that are unrealistic, unattainable, or unnecessary.
Strive to be your best. This will allow you to have the best life possible!
