Hey everyone! Happy TUESDAY! I hope you all got your half burpees down from last Tuesday!! If not..click here to learn more. We will be giving you a different fit tip to perfect every week in order to complete a workout at the end of the month. It’s time for another fitness move to add to your workout this week! This is an upper strength move called a Tricep Dip.
Using a chair, or your hands may be place on the ground as well, push up into a ‘crab walk’ position keeping your wrists and shoulders in line, feet hip distance apart and pushing your hips up high. Keeping your core and leg muscles stable – slowly bend your elbow into a low dip. Return back to the starting position to complete the move. Repeat this move for 20 repetitions.
