Happy Fit Tip Tuesday!! If you haven’t been following along, Every Tuesday we will be adding a new “move” to eventually be giving you a full workout at the end of the month. Perfect each move for the week and we will give you a new one to add the following Tuesday. By the end of the month you will have perfected a full new workout to incorporate into your routine!
Today we are featuring Seasaw Presses:
Try it yourself: Holding the dumbbells near your shoulders, squeeze your glutes and core muscles as you raise your right arm above your head. As you bring your right arm back down, begin to press your left arm above your head. It should be a smooth and consistent transition, no pauses. Keep the rest of your body sturdy & solid. Focus just on the arm motions. Try to not bend your knees or back to assist in the press.
