Hey everyone! It’s time for another Fit Tip Tuesday to add to your workout! If you haven’t been following along, Every Tuesday we will be adding a new “move” to eventually be giving you a full workout at the end of the month. Perfect each move for the week and we will give you a new one to add the following Tuesday. By the end of the month you will have perfected a full new workout to incorporate into your routine!
This week’s fit tip: Ab & Knee Twists
o Start in a standing position feet a little wider than hip distance apart. Your hands raise up behind your head. Engaging your core and leg muscles, lift up your right leg and twist your left elbow inwards – try to keep your elbow parallel with the floor. Do not hunch over. Return your foot back to the starting position and repeat the twist on the other side. Complete this move slowly, feeling the control and how your abdominal muscles are working hard! Repeat 20 repetitions on each side for a total of 40 reps.
